Candidates must have previous experience in the Estate Agency, and Property Management including handling maintenance jobs and dealing with contractors.

Reporting into the Property Asset Manager you will be a key member of the success story. We want you to realise your potential so you will need drive, determination, and flexibility to achieve beyond your objectives. Your proactive mentality will be key to accomplishing results.

Key responsibilities:

Working with contractors and our internal aftersales team to coordinate and carry out successful and complaint high quality maintenance and refurbishment. Arranging quotations for maintenance repairs Collecting building metre readings You will assist the Property Asset Manager in being the first point of contact for tenants, dealing with queries on the phone, in person and online. You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relations with tenants and for providing a high level of customer service. You will be experienced within the Property industry, hardworking and reliable. Experience with property software preferred but not essential. Property inspections Weekley building walk arounds All-round administrative duties. Driving licence required. You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy. Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount. Organised, practical, and obsessive attention to detail. Flexible and available for out-of-hours tenant support when required. A friendly, positive personality with exceptional customer service skills and a naturally upbeat attitude. A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and confidence to work alone and as part of a team. Advance problem-solving ability essential. Appreciate and understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough and deliver the best possible service. Previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role.

Monday - Friday, 10 am - 2pm (exact working hours can be negotiated prior to employment)



Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
