Property Manager - iERO | Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: 27,000-29,000 (DOE) | Full-Time | Start Date: August 2025

friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Manager

to join our welcoming Lettings Team at

iERO

in the heart of Edinburgh.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the

go-to contact

for your portfolio of tenants and landlords--from first viewing to deposit return.

Offer

market-savvy advice

to clients on rental trends and property improvements.

Collaborate with our dedicated Maintenance Team to ensure properties are well cared for (no fixing boilers here!).

Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver

exceptional customer service

Spot opportunities to improve how we work and enhance the client experience.

What We're Looking For:

A

positive, can-do attitude

and a genuine desire to help people.

2+ years' experience

in property management or lettings.

A natural

problem-solver

who stays calm under pressure.

Excellent communication

and organisational skills.

A

team player

who's also confident working independently.

Comfortable using property management software and IT systems.

A

full UK driving licence

is essential.
