EVE Property are looking to recruit an ambitious, self-motivated Property Manager to join their successful Lettings team based in their busy Glasgow office.

Attention to detail, ability to work as both part of a team and completing tasks to tight deadlines are just some of the essential criteria the ideal candidate must have.

A brief outline of the job description -

Conducting Viewings Liaising with potential tenants and landlords on tenant applications Carrying our property inspections on tenanted properties Working with tenant and landlords to action property repairs and H&S requirements Creating property inventories and checking H&S requirements before a property is let Updating associated software Working to tight deadlines as part of a team as well as individually Working with Branch Manager and Director on tasks as required
A confident, self starter who can manage their time effectively and efficiently, is I.T proficient at all levels is the ideal candidate.

Must have previous 2 years experience in a similar role and have or working towards a qualification in Residential Property Letting and Management.

Role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
