Taylor Lindsey is a Lincoln based property company, with a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. We are also housebuilders and commercial developers.

We are looking to recruit a Property Manager to work in our busy Estates Department, dealing with both residential and commercial properties and tenants. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring good tenant relations, maintaining property standards, and maximising occupancy rates.

The role will involve:

Arranging property maintenance and repair.

Liaising with contractors.

Undertaking property inspections.

Property marketing and letting.

Dealing with tenant queries.

Regulatory compliance.

You will be working alongside the company's development, planning, new home sales, architecture and construction teams, making for a very varied and interesting role.

The position requires:

Education to A-Level standard (or equivalent).

Previous office experience, good IT, communication and numeracy skills.

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A full driving licence.

A positive attitude and 'can do' approach.

Previous property management or construction experience preffered but not essential.

The role could suit a residential property manager interested in expanding their experience and knowledge, or someone with a property / construction background, interested in the field of property management.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00. No weekend or bank holiday working.
