Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Location:

South London & Surrounding areas (Part-remote, part-site based)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Property Manager

to oversee a portfolio of residential properties across London. This is a

hybrid position

, with both remote working and regular on-site inspections or maintenance-check visits. Please expect up to 2 days per week on property visits or in-person meetings with the team.

You'll play an essential role in ensuring properties are well maintained, fully compliant, and that our tenants and landlords receive an excellent standard of service.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and tradespeople (e.g. plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, etc.) Schedule and track compliance certificates (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc.) Handle deposit returns and disputes in line with tenancy regulations Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports Assist the management team with day-to-day property matters Check and respond to emails daily and keep our property software up to date Maintain spreadsheets and ensure CRM data integrity Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues Serving notices on tenants where required. Ensuring the back-office administration is very organised as per company procedures. Provide exceptional communication and service to tenants and landlords
Role Requirements

Minimum 3 years' property management experience (residential or mixed portfolio) Based in London - South London preferred Full, valid UK driving licence (own car beneficial) Strong understanding of property maintenance and compliance Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Confident using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and desire to become proficient at all other web platforms the company uses Ability to manage workload independently and work well in a team Strong written and verbal communication skills
