My client, a well-established and highly regarded name in East London's property scene, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will be joining a small yet busy agency in a vibrant part of London.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary/Package for the successful Property Manager:
Competitive basic circa 35,000 Free parking is nearby, although a car is not essential for this position Ongoing support and development Generous holiday allowance Career progression in an established independent agency
Responsibilities for the role of a Property Manager:
Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and dispute resolution Working with around 120 residential units. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance Maintain accurate records of property operations, budgets, and expenditures. Perform regular property inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and maintenance standards Collaborate closely within a small team to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction
Property Manager requirements:
Proven experience in property management at a high level Proficient in Property Management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth understanding of industry practices and relevant legislation Personable and motivated attitude * Strong admin and financial skills
