You will take full ownership of your own portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee your
own portfolio
of residential properties.
Coordinate and supervise
maintenance work, including full refurbishments.
Ensure compliance
across your portfolio by arranging required inspections (e.g., electrical safety checks).
Negotiate and process
the return of security deposits, handling disputes when necessary.
Advise landlords and tenants
on lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
Maintain regular communication
with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth tenancy management.
Conduct routine property inspections
and provide detailed reports to landlords.
Obtain and manage quotes
for repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords.
Arrange check-out inventories
and oversee the move-out process.
About You
Previous experience in
residential property management
is essential.
Strong understanding of
UK lettings legislation
and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with the ability to
prioritise and multitask
effectively.
Confident working independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
