Victor Michael is searching for a Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team in Stratford. With full training provided, you'll quickly learn our systems, procedures, and service standards--setting you up for success!
This is more than just a role--it's an opportunity to grow within a respected agency and, once trained, manage a portfolio of 90-120 properties with confidence and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of 90-120 properties
Handling compliance checks: GSI, ESI, PAT, EPC
Applying for Private Rented Property Licences (PRPL) across various boroughs
Organising and conducting management inspections
Negotiating deposit returns between landlords and tenants (including coordinating repairs and cleaning)
Liaising with utility companies for property availability
Coordinating estimates and repairs with contractors
Managing tenancy renewals and contracts
Preparing tenancy agreements and legal notices (Section 8 & 21)
Collecting documentation from landlords and tenants
Processing tenant referencing with Home Let
