We are a growing London-based property management company focused on creating high-quality shared living for young professionals.
We're looking for a
Property Manager
to take ownership of the day-to-day, on-the-ground operations across our portfolio. This is a
long-term role
, and we are happy to train the right person who wants to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Management
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Manage tenant expectations clearly to maintain a positive shared-living environment.
Property Operations
Carry out tenant check-ins and check-outs.
Conduct regular (six-monthly) property inspections.
Ensure all properties are well presented, safe, and operating smoothly.
Maintenance & Contractor Management
Coordinate and oversee maintenance issues from report through to resolution.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality of work and value for money.
Handle emergency property issues promptly and calmly.
Work closely with our remote VAs, who support maintenance tracking and admin.
Legal & Compliance
Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant property regulations and safety standards.
Stay up to date with compliance requirements and escalate where necessary.
Landlord Relationships
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords.
Communicate clearly around property condition, works, and expectations.
Systems & Organisation
Learn and master all company CRM systems used to manage properties, tenants, and maintenance.
Keep systems accurate and up to date, creating clear records and reports.
Manage inboxes and communications to ensure no enquiries are missed and responses are timely.
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Confident dealing with people face-to-face.
Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRMs.
Property management experience is a plus, but not essential.
Willing to learn, take ownership, and commit to a long-term role.
