, we're building something exciting - a fast-growing property brand managing hundreds of apartments across Manchester, Birmingham, and London. We're looking for a confident, switched-on Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio and deliver an amazing experience for both tenants and landlords.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the go-to person for everything related to your properties - handling move-ins, renewals, repairs, inspections, and all the day-to-day management that keeps things running smoothly. You'll also take care of the admin that makes it all work: tenancy agreements, deposits, compliance checks, and system updates.

You'll:

Manage the full tenancy journey from start to finish. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors. Handle all tenancy paperwork and compliance. Keep landlords in the loop with clear, proactive communication. Work closely with our lettings team to keep voids low and tenants happy.

Who we're looking for:

Someone with property management experience who loves organisation, problem-solving, and people. You'll be confident handling multiple priorities, know your way around tenancy law and compliance, and take pride in getting things done right - first time.
