Property Manager

We are excited to be expanding our friendly and supportive team and are seeking a Property Manager who consistently works to the highest standards and values building strong, long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants.

In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of properties, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a professional, responsive, and well-organised service. You will play an important role in maintaining positive relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an excellent experience for everyone involved.

We are a dog-friendly office, so a love of dogs is essential!

You'll receive your birthday off as an additional day of annual leave, on top of 28 days including bank holidays. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

We are a close-knit team that supports one another, so being a team player is essential. The role involves regular problem-solving, so the ability to think on your feet and respond calmly and effectively is key. This position offers genuine job satisfaction through helping people and building meaningful professional relationships.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties, including agreement administration and tenant communications Utilise CRM system for data entry, rent collection, and reporting Respond promptly to tenant enquiries via phone or email, maintaining professional phone and email etiquette Preparing and managing tenancy agreements accurately and efficiently Creating detailed property inventories, including written reports and supporting evidence Conducting thorough check-outs at the end of tenancies Assessing deposits and determining fair and accurate returns for tenants and landlords Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors Maintaining accurate records and documentation at all times Organising move-in appointments and providing tenants with all relevant information Keeping landlords informed of legislative changes Ensuring all compliance and safety certificates are valid and up to date Monitoring and ensuring rent payments are made on time

About You



Exceptionally high attention to detail Friendly, professional, and approachable manner Patient and calm when handling queries or challenges Strong administrative and organisational skills Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Previous property management experience is desirable but not essential

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
