The Role
We are looking for a proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our portfolio. You will be a key point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordination:
Managing daily property needs and liaising with contractors.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensuring all legal certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, HMO) are up to date and filed correctly.
Tenancy Management:
Leading the changeover process and overseeing necessary works between tenancies.
Lettings & Marketing:
Managing the end-to-end letting process, from creating advertisements and handling enquiries to conducting viewings.
Administration:
Preparing tenancy documentation, managing deposits, and ensuring registration compliance.

Requirements:
Prior experience in the property sector is preferred.
University education in a related field is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Current Manchester resident with the right to work in the UK.
Terms & Benefits:
Contract:
6-month initial temporary contract with the expectation to transition to a permanent role.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Flexible core hours).
Flexibility:
Rostered Saturday work, and evening/weekend work during peak seasons (Nov/Dec & Summer changeover), with time off in lieu provided.
