We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Property Manager to join our clients growing team.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
Manage landlord and tenant relations, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
What do you need:
Ideally 1 years experience as a Property Manager
High level of customer service
Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
Able to commute to Mansfield or surrounding areas
Valid UK drivers licence
What to expect
:
Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday's
Car required (mileage paid)
