Property Manager (Maternity Cover - 12-15 Months)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM; 1 Saturday per month, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (with a day off midweek)

We're looking for a

Property Manager

to join our team on a

temporary (12-15 month)

basis to cover maternity leave. If you're proactive, organised, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What We Offer

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in

property management

or a related field. Strong

communication, organisation

problem-solving

skills. Confident using

property management software

. Good understanding of

local property regulations

. Proactive and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they're well-maintained and compliant. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving issues quickly. Coordinate maintenance work and liaise with contractors. Promote our services to attract new landlords and earn performance bonuses. Monitor property budgets and maximise income opportunities. Maintain excellent tenant relations and handle tenancy matters professionally. Work independently, taking ownership of your portfolio and tasks.
