We're looking for a
Property Manager
to join our team on a
temporary (12-15 month)
basis to cover maternity leave. If you're proactive, organised, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Previous experience in
property management
or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they're well-maintained and compliant.
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving issues quickly.
Coordinate maintenance work and liaise with contractors.
Promote our services to attract new landlords and earn performance bonuses.
Monitor property budgets and maximise income opportunities.
Maintain excellent tenant relations and handle tenancy matters professionally.
Work independently, taking ownership of your portfolio and tasks.
