experienced and motivated Property Manager

to join their busy Milton Keynes office and play a key role in maintaining the agency's reputation for exceptional service.

The Role

As a

Property Manager

, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service at every stage of the tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular property inspections and report on condition and compliance. Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and extensions efficiently. Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out processes for tenants. Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to arrange maintenance and repair works. Process tenancy deposits in line with legislation following check-out. Handle rent arrears, queries, and complaints with professionalism and care. Manage evictions and ensure full compliance with legal processes.

About You

Experience in Property Management is essential -- applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

You will bring:

A

proven track record in residential property management

or lettings administration. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using property management software and multiple IT systems. A strong understanding of

current lettings legislation

(or a commitment to developing this). Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with high professional standards. Ideally,

ARLA/Propertymark qualification

(or working towards it).
