We're looking for a

Property Manager

to join our growing team, looking after a portfolio of rental properties and ensuring our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service at every stage of the tenancy.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance coordination

- Arranging and managing repairs and maintenance works, liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure jobs are completed promptly and to a high standard.

Property inspections

- Carrying out regular property inspections and producing clear, accurate landlord reports with recommendations.

Client communication

- Communicating professionally and confidently with landlords, tenants, applicants, and contractors by phone, email and in person.

Applicant enquiries

- Handling lettings enquiries, answering questions, booking viewings, and following up where needed.

Tenancy management

- Dealing with all tenancy-related matters efficiently and proactively, helping to resolve issues before they become problems.

Administration

- Updating systems, maintaining accurate records, and handling day-to-day admin to keep everything running smoothly.

Tech-comfortable

- You're confident using a computer and can pick up new systems quickly. Confident use of Microsoft Excel is a requirement.

Essential skills & requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Comfortable working to targets and deadlines

Computer literate

, with good general IT skills Proficient in

Microsoft Outlook and Excel

(or quick to learn)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Nice to have (but not essential):



Experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or a customer service-focused role Knowledge of the local area

full training will be provided for the right candidate

What we offer

Competitive salary:
