Job Description

College and County, a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency in Oxfordshire, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our successful property management team.

As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and contractors. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of properties. Your ability to provide timely, professional advice and solutions will help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Manage a portfolio of residential properties

while collaborating closely with your team.

Coordinate day-to-day maintenance

: liaise with landlords, obtain quotes, advise on repairs, and oversee completion.

Track and monitor works

: keep all parties informed, inspect completed jobs, and approve invoices.

Conduct property visits

and provide landlords with accurate updates and recommendations.

Ensure compliance

: maintain up-to-date safety certificates and accurate records.

Handle check-outs

: manage deposit returns and resolve disputes professionally.

Build strong relationships

with local authorities and contractors.

Deliver outstanding customer service

to attract and retain clients.

Advise landlords

on compliance and property upkeep.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in property would be great but not essential or a strong customer service background. ARLA Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Calm, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence.
