This is a full time, permanent role with key responsibilities in both the Estate Agency and Holiday Letting departments.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is enthusiastic to learn and be involved in all aspects of both Estate Agency and Holiday Letting. The role includes being involved in the day-to-day organisation of both businesses, and the successful candidate will be able to adapt to a diverse range of duties from administrative tasks to property valuations and new business generation.

Duties will include;

Sales valuations, viewings and inspections.

Sales progression and management, dealing with solicitors, surveyors and brokers.

Preparation of sales and lettings particulars, floorplans & photography.

Managing compliance systems and remaining up to date with changing legislation.

Organising and maintaining regular client communications.

Increasing bookings and revenue for the holiday letting property portfolio.

Actively seeking new instructions for both the sales and lettings agencies.

Monitoring market trends and regularly adjusting pricing and advertising strategies .

Liaising with tradesmen, arranging repairs to properties.

Dealing with guests and handling complaints calmly and efficiently.

Coordination of property maintenance and safety schemes.

Managing telephone, in person and email enquiries.

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will hold the Propertymark Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (or equivalent) and have at least one year's experience in a property-based role. Candidates without this qualification will be considered for the role, if successful they will be supported to engage in studying towards achieving this accreditation. We encourage applicants who do not hold a property qualification to apply as full training is provided.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a confident, personable nature. They must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and use their initiative to solve problems.

Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.

Salary from 32,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
