An opportunity has arisen for an organised, experienced, proactive, Lettings Property Manager to join our experienced team to oversee our property portfolio.

This is an exciting new role do to our continued expansion. This is not the stereotypical "revolving door" appointment that seems to frequent the industry. We have grown in 2025 by 40%, we expect the same level of growth in 2026.

We are a busy, successful, independent agent, specialising in Lettings and Residential Sales throughout the Southeast and Mid Cornwall regions, providing our clients with honest and trustworthy advice. Ocen and Country are known for our professional, personable approach and we have a strong presence in the local market. Offering our clients fantastic customer service and building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential letting's portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Main responsibilities include:

Managing maintenance issues from the initial report through to resolution Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors in professional manner Coordinating and conducting property inspections Ensuring full compliance is maintained with current lettings legislation Handling enquiries and resolving issues quickly and effectively Overseeing and carrying out inventories and check-outs where required Supporting the wider lettings team
Qualifications & Experience:

2 years + proven experience within the lettings or property management sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.
Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
