Kings Estates in Portsmouth are looking for a hard-working and motivated experienced Property Manager/Office Administrator.
With a knowledgeable and experienced team already in place we are looking for someone with an interest in property to join our expanding company.
Skill required
Have an excellent telephone manner
Have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Have experience using Outlook and communicating with important clients
Be experienced sending emails and have good general communication skills
Be dedicated and and work well under pressure
Being a team player and going above and beyond to help other colleagues
The day to day role is varied and interesting involving:
Visiting properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
Liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants for various maintenance issues and following up with quotes to ensure all work is completed.
Booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates, EICR'S, PAT tests and other important safety certificates
Working on our software system to log all details of properties, maintenance etc - for which full training will be provided
Completing full referencing for prospective tenants
Drawing up tenancy and guarantor agreements
Driving license and car is essential.
