At Happy Agent, we provide expert outsourced property management services to letting and estate agents across the UK. We act as an extension of our clients' businesses, managing their property portfolios on their behalf.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-client environment, enjoys variety, and is confident juggling priorities across several agent accounts at once.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our remote team, responsible for managing multiple client portfolios while delivering a consistently high standard of service to tenants and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Client Portfolio Management
Manage property portfolios for multiple letting agent clients simultaneously, each with their own processes, service levels, and priorities.
Act as the dedicated Property Manager for your assigned agent clients, operating as an outsourced extension of their team.
Property Management
Oversee residential properties across multiple client accounts, handling maintenance, compliance, and tenant queries efficiently and professionally.
Tenancy Administration
Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, deposits, and end-of-tenancy processes across several agent portfolios.
Compliance & Regulations
Ensure all properties across all client accounts meet UK lettings and property management regulations, including safety certifications and legal requirements.
Repairs & Maintenance
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, tenants, and agent clients, managing workloads and priorities across multiple portfolios.
Client, Agent & Tenant Relationships
Act as the main point of contact for multiple letting agent clients, as well as their landlords and tenants.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality service while balancing the differing needs and expectations of each client.
Ownership & Accountability
Take full ownership of your assigned agent clients and their portfolios, proactively managing tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring nothing is missed in a fast-paced, outsourced environment.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all client accounts, including property details, compliance, inspections, and communications.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in property management or lettings
Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance
Demonstrated experience managing multiple portfolios, clients, or workloads simultaneously
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with multiple clients
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Experience using property management software is a plus
