Cloud Student Homes is a national provider of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation in England. Equally it is vital that our leaseholders receive a first-class customer experience alongside our students.
The role of a Property Manager is to assist the Landlord Services Managers and Head of Department with a complete range of Landlord Services tasks whilst ensuring a high level customer experience.
The role is part time on a permanent basis. Previous experience in property management or general lettings is preferred alongside strong communication, organisation and administration skills. The Property Manager must be able to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
Manage efficiently the communications allocated to them from emails via Hubspot to include returning calls/voicemails and organising access with site teams when external requests are made.
Inputting of new leaseholder data or updated information into CRM/Blockman/Relevant Spreadsheets as and when received either via Hubspot or a new signed agreement.
Sending of welcome emails when required or mass communications.
Processing of Pattinsons Auction House referrals.
Processing of termination emails.
Assisting with mobilisation and immobilisation of buildings to include liaising with other agents/block managers during the process.
Filing of digital Company documents as and when requested
Assisting with the organisation of adhoc Landlord Investor Days across all sites to include planning itineraries, invitations, invitations and liaising with onsite teams.
Completing LPE1 forms and certificates of compliance as and when required across the portfolio in a timely manner whilst ensuring accuracy.
Provide additional support to team members as and when requested.
Complete CRM based tasks when requested to include report pulling, correcting income/expenditure, setting up new pools, units or buildings.
Lead selective license or HMO license projects when required.
Requirements:
Lettings or Property Management Experience Preferred
Proven Customer Service experience in a busy environment
Strong Communication skills in both verbal and written communication
Experience in using CRM systems preferred.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with Leaseholders
Proactive and able to work on own initiative
Able to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times, the ability to tackle challenging leaseholder questions
Strong organisation and follow up skills
Strong administrative skills
Competence in Excel
Strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and attitude
Support and promote Company goals and Company messages
Integrity and Discretion at all times; as the role involves working closely with the Directors in part, there may be confidential Company information seen or heard, which may not be appropriate to discuss openly internally or externally.
