Part-time hours: 16 -20 hours, 4 days a week, around 14:00 to 18:00

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Peak Lettings provides clean, safe and affordable accommodation for working professionals in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Chesterfield. We do this by renting furnished bedrooms in houses with shared kitchens, dining rooms, and bathrooms.

As the Property Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the move-in and move-out processes are easy and problem-free, that our houses remain safe, compliant and clean, and that our tenants have a great experience.

You'll also play a key role in marketing our rooms; this means making the rooms and adverts as attractive as possible and maintaining high occupancy rates.

This is a permanent position, and we are looking for someone who is keen to take responsibility and who is autonomous and motivated.

You will need your own transport, as you will be moving around the houses, and you will be paid a mileage allowance.

Your Property Manager Duties will include the following:

Contacting and pre-qualify new applicants Arranging and conducting viewings Managing Move-ins and Move-outs Dressing and preparing rooms for viewings Visiting and inspecting houses Organising and supervising cleaners and trades Responding to, monitoring and resolving tenant queries Conducting fire alarm and compliance checks
Mandatory:

Based in South Yorkshire Clean Driving License and own car (a mileage allowance will be paid) Well-organised and reliable Problem solver, able to show initiative Excellent communication skills Enjoy working alone, and as part of a team
