We're looking for a

proactive, experienced Property Manager

to take ownership of our managed portfolio -- ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong landlord and tenant relationships, and high service standards.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of rental properties. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and compliance. Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Ensure efficient rent collection and accurate record-keeping. Promote additional landlord services and contribute to business growth.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in property management or estate agency. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
