Property Manager - Full Time, Permanent


Park Gate, Southampton
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am-4pm
Basic salary + commission + quarterly bonus (depending on experience)

We're looking for a reliable and resilient

Property Manager

to join our small, friendly, and fast-paced team. You'll be working closely with our Lettings Manager and part-time Administrator to keep everything running smoothly across our portfolio of managed rental properties.

What you'll be doing



This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of residential lettings and property management, including:

Administering tenancies from application to check-out Handling new tenant enquiries and booking viewings Managing the tenant referencing process Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in paperwork Maintaining the property register and preparing marketing materials Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers - by phone, email, and face-to-face Organising and reviewing property inspections Keeping all compliance certificates up to date Registering tenant deposits and notifying utility companies of changes Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation Supporting the team with general administrative duties Occasional property viewings

What we're looking for



We'd love to hear from you if you are:

Exceptionally organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Reliable, proactive, and take pride in getting things right Experienced in administration (at least 2 years preferred)
Experience in lettings and property maintenance is a real advantage - whether you've worked in the industry or simply managed your own home repairs and improvements.

A

full UK driving licence

and

access to your own car for occasional business use

are essential for this role.
