Property Management Specialist (Full-Time, Driving Essential)

We're seeking a dedicated, experienced professional to join our team on a

full-time basis

. You will be vital in managing our growing portfolio of residential properties, from initial viewing to final renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Process tenancy renewals efficiently, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Handle the full lifecycle of new tenancies, including accompanied viewings.

Ensure the timely registration of security deposits and serving of prescribed information.

Conduct regular property inspections, documenting condition and identifying any maintenance needs. Proactively chase outstanding maintenance issues with contractors until resolution. Possess a strong understanding of common property maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, leaks). Obtain competitive quotes from qualified contractors for identified maintenance needs. Maintain clear and accurate records of all property-related communication and documentation.
You're a perfect fit if you:

Have a minimum of

1 year of experience in property management/lettings

. Are

highly organised

and possess excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising multiple deadlines.

Must be tough-skinned and resilient

, able to handle challenging tenant and landlord communications professionally.

MUST drive and have your own reliable vehicle

(essential for property visits and viewings). Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Are proficient in using computers and property management software (CRM). A strong understanding of relevant landlord and tenant legislation is essential.

Are willing to study for and obtain a recognised qualification in Lettings Management.
