Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that both tenants and property owners receive exceptional service. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants Communicate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to address any issues or concerns Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repair activities Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Collect rent payments and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials to property owners Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and marketing strategies

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management within the past 5 years Experience in PBSA/Student Lettings preferred but not essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple properties simultaneously Proven ability to handle tenant issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively Knowledge of local landlord/tenant laws and regulations Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
