We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with property management systems. This role offers an opportunity to manage multiple properties efficiently while providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining property standards, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and handling overall management.
Duties
Mange full lifecycle of tenancies, overseeing move-ins, inspections, renewals, and move-outs; maintain accurate tenancy records and ensure legal compliance.
Handle repair requests, liaise with contractors and ensure work is completed promptly and to a good standard.
Act as the main point of contact, providing clear communication, updates, and excellent customer service.
Ensure all properties meet current safety and regulatory requirements, including certificates and routine checks.
Process rent payments, chase arrears, issue notices, and manage documentation such as tenancy agreements, inventories, and property files.
Support the administration with general office duties, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Skills
Proven experience in property management
Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Competence in using MS Office including Excel and Word
Previous administrative experience in a property or real estate environment is highly desirable
Full driving licence (Desirable, not required)
