Property Manager to join our growing team on a part-time job-share basis
. This varied role combines both office and fieldwork, supporting tenants, landlords, and colleagues with day-to-day property management duties.

Key Responsibilities
Visiting tenanted properties to collect rent, deliver paperwork, and carry out property inspections
Responding to repair requests, diagnosing issues, and instructing appropriate contractors
Assisting with new tenancy preparation and onboarding
Handling tenant and landlord enquiries by phone and email
Conducting property viewings and supporting rental applications
Arranging compliance checks (e.g. Gas Safety, EICRs)
Installing smoke and CO2 alarms when required
Supporting the wider team on general property management tasks in and out of the office
Requirements
Driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- mileage allowance provided
Experience in the property industry (preferred)
Strong background in property maintenance or repair coordination (highly desirable)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, reliable, professional, and proactive
