Be our Property Manager (Maintenance) but most importantly be you!
Big things are happening in 2026.
We're embarking on a major spa project that will shape the future of Bishopstrow House Hotel & Spa -- and we're looking for a hands-on Property Manager (Maintenance) to help lead the site through it. If you love protecting big investments, keeping standards sky-high, and getting stuck in with a team that's unapologetically themselves...
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced, and strategically minded Property Manager to lead all maintenance and facilities operations across the hotel and its extensive spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor environments.
At our hotel we want our people to be themselves and that means you. Join our team and here is what you'll get for being yourself:
Monthly service payments as well as monthly pay
Free parking for team members
Progression and training opportunities throughout Kaleidoscope Hotels
Discount on eating, drinking and sleeping at all of our properties
500 refer a friend scheme
Work in a stimulating environment as part of a diverse community of people
Be part of a team who live and breathe our purpose
And there's more where these came from...
Voted into the Times 100 best places to stay 2024, our beautiful hotel is nestled within 30 acres of glorious Wiltshire countryside, Bishopstrow is the place for exuberance and enjoyment. The whimsical country house hotel offers gregarious rooms, a huge spa and a brand new restaurant that blend refined Georgian elegance with delicious bright colours; imaginative with a dollop of fun. When Kaleidoscope bought the hotel back in July 2021, they promised to re-inject the love and personality that the property so deserved, and we've absolutely done that! With newly refurbished suites, a re-launched kitchen garden restaurant and a plethora of pop-up spa and restaurant concepts on their way, Bishopstrow is the perfect place for anybody wanting to be part of an exciting ever changing journey.
What's it like to work with us? Well, we are an imaginative, playful team who encourage each other to remain unconventional, no matter if you're new to hospitality or if this is a lifelong career. Our diverse, inclusive community encourages a culture where you can be the you'est you, you can be; it makes working in this hotel that little bit more exciting.
We stand behind being big hearted, respecting each other, our guests and the wider community. On top of that, we are ALWAYS serious about giving our guests a bloody good time!
