great opportunity for an early-career Property Manager
to join one ofSouthend's leading lettings and property management firms
. This role is ideal for candidates with at least1 year's UK AST property management experience
who are looking to progress their career.Key Details
Salary:
27,500 - 32,000 per annum
, depending on experienceHours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmTravel:
Required from time to time across a mixed UK portfolioHybrid/overtime:
Available when requiredThe Role
Manage a mixed residential property portfolio Handle tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance Arrange inspections and manage contractors Maintain accurate CRM and property records Ensure compliance with UK housing legislation Demonstrate understanding of
Renters' Rights Act changes due to commence on 1 May 2026
About You
Minimum
1 year's experience in UK AST property management
Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using property management/CRM systems Professional, customer-focused approachThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a respected and growing agency.
