Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Long Let Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Evergreen Property Ltd in Edinburgh. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to provide exceptional property management services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a key role in every aspect of long lets, incluiding landlord acquisition, retention and the full tenancy life cycle.

Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with potential tenants. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords. Manage administrative tasks related to property listings and tenant applications. Full tenancy cycle - from marketing, to viewings, vettings and ongoing inspections. Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process. Maintenance coordination and contractor liaison. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Stay updated on market trends and property regulations. Assist in marketing properties through various channels. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lettings negotiation is highly desirable, including either Letwell or PropertyMark/Arla qualification. Strong communication skills are essential for client interactions. Experience using SME Professional and Fixflo. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings effectively. Administrative and systems experience will be beneficial as well as a desire to innovate. Experience in HMO licensing Full Driving Licence required and access to car preferred
