Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced lettings person to work 4 or 5 days a week in our busy and successful Cleckheaton office. We will consider part time hours for the right candidate on a pro-rata basis with salary dependant upon experience subject to a minimum of 4 days a week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm).

There is an opportunity to progress to Lettings Manager from this role.

An experienced person with a strong knowledge of the lettings industry and familiarity with legislation is required to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be a focused individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail who is able to manage their own diary effectively using their own initiative whilst working with the minimum of supervision.

You will already have the ability to solve problems and build solid relationships and so will have excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills.

A key part of this role is working outside of the office conducting viewings, and property inventories and marketing properties and so a full driving license and the use of your own car is essential. This is an interesting and varied role dealing with all aspects of lettings and you will need to be energetic and enthusiastic often having to multitask during busy periods. You will be a natural people person with the ability to generate new business and have a proven track record in customer service.
