Your Day-to-Day:

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Generate new business and secure property instructions Market properties effectively to attract buyers Oversee property contracts and up-sell additional services Create high-quality brochures with professional photography and descriptions Conduct local canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
What We're Looking For:

Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle) Estate agency experience, ready to take the next step Strong team player with leadership potential Proven track record of exceptional customer service Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner IT-savvy with basic Microsoft skills
