About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a motivated

Estate Agency professional

to join a dynamic team in Islington. You'll be responsible for generating new business, securing property instructions, and marketing properties to attract buyers. With uncapped commission, career progression opportunities, and a fully funded Level 2 Estate Agent qualification, this role offers exceptional earning and development potential.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Generate new business and secure property instructions Market properties effectively to attract buyers Oversee property contracts and up-sell additional services Create professional brochures with photography and descriptions Conduct local canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution Ensure properties meet health and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle) Estate agency experience and ambition to progress Strong team player with leadership potential Proven track record of exceptional customer service Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner IT-savvy with basic Microsoft skills
