, and we're looking for a

qualified all-rounder

who can handle:

Property photography Floor plans EPC reports
This is a

freelance, self-employed position

, ideal for someone experienced, efficient, and looking to build a steady stream of local work.

What you'll do

Visit residential properties (mostly around SW13 and nearby areas) Capture bright, professional interior and exterior photos Produce accurate digital floor plans Carry out domestic EPC assessments and lodge them correctly Deliver the full marketing package quickly and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Skilled in property photography (with portfolio/examples) Able to produce clear, measured floor plans Own camera equipment and transport (essential) Reliable, organised, and able to turn jobs around fast Professional, friendly, and comfortable dealing with landlords and tenants
Experience with virtual tours, video, or drone work is a plus, but not required.
