As part of our continued growth, we're recruiting a full-time Property Photographer to capture and showcase our listings across the region.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and motivated individual with a passion for photography to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for photographing residential properties to a high standard, replicating and developing our established photography style.

This role is ideal for someone with professional photography experience or a recent graduate from a photography-related course.

You will work on-site across the North East (primarily in Northumberland and Newcastle upon Tyne), photographing homes to be listed for sale or rent, creating social media content, and editing images for marketing use.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph residential properties both inside and out, capturing the best features of each home Follow and enhance Brunton Residential's established photographic style Edit and prepare photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to a high, consistent standard Stage and arrange rooms where necessary to maximise presentation Create social media marketing content Upload edited images to internal systems ready for marketing Communicate effectively with the sales and lettings teams Travel independently to appointments across the region

Requirements

Experience in photography, preferably interior, property, or architectural Proficient in

Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

(essential) Excellent attention to detail and strong visual composition skills A reliable and proactive approach to time management and organisation A strong portfolio of work (please include a link or PDF in your application) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have a

full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Camera equipment is preferred but not essential

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 09:30 - 17:30 Every other Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00 (4 hours taken back in lieu the following week) Based on a 37.5-hour working week
