An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Property Projects Executive has arisen. This role sits within the Property Services team, who partner with some of the best suppliers in the industry, working on a wide range of property development projects across the diverse portfolio of UK and overseas real estate.

What you\'ll do:

• Lead multiple property projects of \xc2\xa3100k (and generally up to \xc2\xa32-3M) across the British Airways global portfolio and will act as APM on selected projects and lead the overall planning.
• Develop and coordinate new schemes with third party suppliers, from inception to completion.
• Establish effective project governance and ensure adherence to corporate procurement, quality, safety, health and environmental policies and standards.
• Develop strategic Life Cycle Replacement Plan works, develop annual work plans and maintain the rolling 5-year property asset maintenance register.
• Be a single point of focus for the delivery of property and client projects to time, cost and quality parameters.
• Ensure full delivery of business benefits, corporate objectives and internal control requirements.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
• Ability to manage fluctuating and sometimes conflicting demands under strict time constraints.
• Champions innovation and agility, adopting new ways of thinking to make critical decisions.
• Holds, or is working towards a professional qualification such as RICS or CIBSE in a property related subject, or has working experience of surveying, engineering or architecture.
