The hours for this role can be flexible in number of hours from 12-24 hrs per week. With the further opportunity to be full time for the right candidate.

Experience in dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors all professional services required in property sale or acquisition is a must.

The successful candidate will contribute to the effective working of the Investment Property team by providing support to our Head of Sales and CEO in this property Sale or Purchase Progression role

The post would suit someone with existing conveyance or estate agency skills connected with the acquisition or sale of property.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full process from Offer to Legal Completion, taking instructions from the client throughout the course of the transaction, ensuring that clients are fully aware of the process and the requirements and ensuring that all compliance checks are properly undertaken.

You will also undertake post-completion works, including transferring completed properties to the lettings team efficiently, managing the receipt and safe keeping of deeds and communicating with clients.

You will provide guidance throughout all stages of the matter, ensuring that clients are fully appraised of developments as the matters progress. Therefore you must be confident and eloquent when communicating by telephone or email as you will be dealing for the majority with sophisticated investors who are repeat buyers. You will also be responsible for the provision of regular updates to the conveyance law forms we deal with daily.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with clients and internal departments courteously and expeditiously, promoting a favourable image of the firm. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively as a team and be able to communicate professionally at all levels across the company.
