30,000 basic + OTE 80,000+
Monday-Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)

Sales Negotiator

and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the country. If you're a skilled closer with a passion for property and a hunger for commission, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of residential properties nationwide Arrange and conduct viewings Present, negotiate, and secure offers Upsell related services to maximise value Handle the full sales process from instruction to completion Maintain accurate portfolio notes and updates Build strong rapport with both buyers and sellers
What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in

property sales

or

business development.

Target-driven with a

money-motivated

mindset Confident, persuasive, and a skilled negotiator Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A natural relationship-builder who knows how to close a deal Passionate about property and delivering great customer service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
