Sales Negotiator - Darlington
A great opportunity to join our friendly, ambitious team!

We're currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our Darlington office. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 4:00pm), with time off in lieu for the weekend work agreed in advance.

On Target Earnings - 25,000 - 30,000.

The starting salary is 20,787 with a review after a three-month probation. We'll also look to increase your basic once you've completed relevant property qualifications - which we'll fully support you through.

In addition to your salary, there are two bonus schemes in place:

A monthly individual bonus based on sales, solicitor and mortgage referrals (plus surveys, Google reviews, and lettings leads). A quarterly team bonus, based purely on team sales performance.
As an example, someone who consistently hits the expected mortgage and solicitor referral levels and is part of a team that achieves its annual target could expect to earn around 5,120 per year in bonus - and that's not including any extras from other referral sources.

The team bonus is there to keep everyone pulling in the same direction. We genuinely believe in working together - and celebrating success together too.

We'll make sure you have everything you need to succeed. You'll start by shadowing various team members to get a feel for all areas of the business - from sales and valuations to viewings and photography.

You'll be working closely with our Branch Manager in Darlington, who will support your day-to-day development and act as your mentor throughout your time here.
