An opportunity has arisen for a full time (Monday - Friday) dynamic, results-driven and highly motivated individual to join one of our very successful branches. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, whilst updating vendors and negotiating sales.

Experience of Estate Agency is essential Hard working, enthusiastic and driven individual with a great work ethic Confident and resilient A passion for property and people Professional and organised
The ROLE will involve;

Delivering the highest levels of customer service Excellent communications with vendors and potential buyers at every opportunity Negotiating as required to facilitate a sale Qualifying potential buyers and identifying valuation prospects. Arranging appointments for viewings General administrative duties
