About Us:

We are a busy and thriving estate agency with two branches, committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients. We're now looking for a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join our team part-time, playing a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Conduct property viewings and provide a professional, friendly experience for clients. Handle office administrative duties efficiently and accurately. Cross-sell services across both branches to maximise opportunities. Work within a target-driven environment to achieve and exceed goals. Be an active and supportive member of a dynamic team in a fast-paced office.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential). Strong interpersonal and communication skills - a real people's person. Highly motivated, driven, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a targeted environment. Previous experience in estate agency or sales is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
