We are looking for a local property expert to help make a positive impact in our successful
James & George Collie Property Sales
team inAberdeen
.Sales Valuer role is to create new business for our Property Sales team by obtaining new instructions through valuations. Conducting valuations and building relationships with potential customers. Offering expert advice about the JG Collie sales process and local market conditions. Working closely with the Property Manager.
What we are looking for:
You are an experienced property professional (desired 3 years experience) Passion and enthusiasm for delivering a personal customer experience from start to finish You find it easy to organise, plan and problem-solve You are able to credibly engage and influence with your understanding of the local property market in Aberdeen You are thorough and precise in what you do; clearly communicating with colleagues and clients. You hold a full British driving licence
