Basic Salary: 30,000 +
On Target Earnings: Up to 55,000
Location: Bishopston, Bristol
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Value and list residential properties accurately and confidently
• Drive new business opportunities and increase market share
• Lead by example to motivate and inspire the team
• Deliver first-class service to clients at all stages of the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Report performance and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience in residential property valuations and sales
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Target-driven, results-focused, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident working independently and within a team
• Professional, articulate, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence
