Job Description

Due to a hugely successful 2025 and continued growth forecast, we require an experienced Property Services Contracts Manager to join our Cornwall management Team based out of our Bodmin Office.

The successful candidate needs to be a team player, understand current processes and bring new ideas to add and assist on our continued success and development.

About the Role:



Responsibility for contracts managing on projects from 5K - 500K Experience in pricing and producing quotes / tenders Close liaison with the clients and customers Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments
Direct and sub-contractor management and resourcing

Producing contract RAMs and CPPs as required

About the Candidate:



Experience in planned, refurbishment and development type contracts

Must have excellent construction knowledge

Must be self-motivated as well as a motivator

Must have SMSTS, first aid and CSCS card

Competent in risk assessments and method statements

Compliant in H+S procedures and CDM

Excellant communicator
