Job Description

- The Company

Orange Property is a modern, successful, and fast-growing construction and maintenance business operating out of Brighton and expanding across the surrounding areas.

Our success is driven by our commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent communication, and the use of advanced systems and processes to support sustainable growth.

Offering a true one-stop-shop service, Orange Property has become the go-to provider for residential and commercial works, as well as ongoing maintenance contracts for managing agents.

Recent contract wins, combined with strong long-term client relationships, have created exciting opportunities for growth. As we move into 2025, we are looking for a standout individual to join our team in a pivotal leadership role.

The Role - Maintenance Lead (South East)

We are seeking a

Maintenance Lead

to oversee our South East operations.

Reporting directly to the Property Services Contracts Manager, the Maintenance Lead will have responsibility for assisting in coordinating and delivering all property services, maintenance, and small works across the South East region.

This is a hands-on role suited to a highly experienced Multi-Trader, ideally with fire stopping experience, who is comfortable managing multiple live jobs while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and programme delivery.

The Maintenance Lead will travel between ongoing jobs, ensuring operatives are working to schedule, delivering quality work, and meeting agreed timelines. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to resolve issues, manage workloads, and ensure the correct resources and materials are available when required.

You will also act as a key on-site point of contact for clients, providing professional support, answering questions, and liaising effectively between clients, operatives, and management.

Our day-to-day clients include Block Management Companies, Commercial Entities, and Property Letting Agents.

Care: Built In

At Orange Property, we believe construction should be done better.

Our business is built on Care, Consideration, and Communication. We treat every property as if it were our own, paying close attention to detail and quality.

We listen first, communicate clearly, and aim to exceed expectations at every stage--creating not just satisfied clients, but loyal ones.

We extend the same care to our employees and trusted subcontractors, offering strong industry benefits and fostering a culture built on respect, diversity, and professionalism.

If you are tired of accepting "industry standard" and want to work with a company committed to craftsmanship, excellence, and genuine care, then we should be talking.

Orange Property - Changing Construction with Care: Built In.
