We are seeking a professional and personable Property Viewer to assist prospective clients in exploring available properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a friendly demeanour to provide a positive viewing experience. The Property Viewer will be responsible for showcasing properties effectively and ensuring all enquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties
Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and answering questions.
Prepare and organise viewing schedules in coordination with the sales or lettings team.
Provide detailed information about properties, including features, neighbourhood amenities, and local services.
Maintain accurate records of viewings and client feedback for follow-up purposes.
Assist in the presentation of properties, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-staged prior to viewings.
Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Support administrative tasks related to property listings and client appointments as required.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are vital.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous to assist a diverse client base.
Organised with strong attention to detail to manage scheduling and record-keeping efficiently.
Professional demeanour with a friendly approach to client interactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
