Prospect Manager - X Martial Arts Schools

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Prospect Manager to join our team at X Martial Arts Schools HQ in Nether Poppleton. You'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries across our five locations in York, Wakefield, Sheffield, Malton, and Leeds, helping families and individuals take their first steps into martial arts.

This is not a "hard sales" role, instead, we're looking for someone who can build a warm, professional rapport, ask the right questions, and guide people towards booking the right trial class for them or their child.

Key Responsibilities

Responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries (via phone, email, and social media) Calling prospects who have submitted details online to discuss their interest and book them into a suitable trial class Following up on leads in a timely and organised manner Maintaining accurate records of communications and bookings Supporting the wider team in ensuring prospective students have a great first experience with X Martial Arts Schools

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone and in writing Exceptionally organised and efficient, with great attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Capable of understanding families' and individuals' needs and matching them to the right class Able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups across different locations Comfortable using digital systems and social media platforms

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a similar lead conversion role, admin or customer service An interest in martial arts (not essential, but a plus)
