Protective Services Development
Manager
who's ready to lead the charge in shaping intelligent, client-centric security solutions that drive growth and redefine excellence.
This is a dual-impact role where
portfolio management meets new business development
across Northern Ireland. You'll be the driving force behind expanding our client base while deepening relationships with existing customers--delivering smarter, more profitable solutions that evolve with their needs.

What You'll Do:
Drive Commercial Growth:
Lead the development of new business opportunities and actively manage existing client portfolios to deliver year-on-year profitable growth.
Account Management:
Build deep relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored security solutions that evolve with their needs.
P&L Ownership:
Share responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Innovate and Transform:
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and transform traditional services into intelligent, integrated solutions.
Client Engagement:
Conduct regular client reviews, KPI/SLA meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitors, gather local market insights, and use data to inform commercial strategies and service improvements.
Collaborative Leadership:
Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Design and implement local commercial plans, lead price negotiations, and manage transformation pipelines.
Risk-Based Evaluation:
Continuously assess service provision and propose alternative models to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Customer Experience Excellence:
Champion client-centricity by identifying solution gaps and driving innovation to meet evolving market needs.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Essential
Experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins.
Experience in both Account Management but a drive to bring in new business - Full sales lifecycle.
A big team player who can contribute positively to a dynamic environment of internal and external stakeholders.
Good communicator and at ease with presenting in front of a wide range of key
Knowledge base with respect to technical security products
Strategic thinker - demonstrates robust strategic leadership skills
Innovative and engaging approach to problem solving
Desirable
Minimum of 3 years' experience within a commercial environment
